We support the UN decision about the EU and we thank for that.

Thanks UN !

This could be the kind of shock we Europeans need.

It was not a surprise for us and we mentioned it ,(I),and it was for the vote about the Resolution 1973.

Something ridiculous the EU situation in that contest. Let´s imagine that the EU had a permanent siege together with Germany and Italy.
The world had to see :
a) 2 Top EU countries to vote for the resolution , (UK ,France)
b) 1 Top EU Country to abstain ,(Germany)
c) Italy will be supportive
d) …but the EU ?

The farce were that in any case the EU will not satisfy all the members. It does not matter if the vote were yes/not/abstention… and not matter that the world ,simply, has NOT the time to wait that all the EU Countries find a “common solution, ( by the way …where they specify all their distinctions from the common document..).

This is all. Not more and not less.

We ,as Europeans have to blame only our self if this EU is more something like the old EEC than the EU that we dream about… .

And it is also time that Berlin and Roma accept it.
They cannot have a permanent siege.

Neither Berlin with its dreams about to be a global power able to influence Moscow, Beijing and the BRICS and Roma with its vision about a regional power.

Berlin must accept the reality that the vision about a “preferential” axe Moscow-Berlin is a geo-strategic vision of the mdi-XIX dead long time ago. Some the elites that in Germany support it have to forget their dreams of (global) power. This will be better for Germany and it will reduce the cancer of the “tolerated” invasion, via Saxony, of the Russian Organized Crime , ( an NSA). An invasion where the Russian mafias are deep linked with the Italian, ( Camorra), the Turkish and the German one ,( ex-Stasi deep rooted inside the financial and political elite in the east part of the country and not only there).

Roma also has to forget the vision of a Med-Balkan-N. Africa under its “benign” influence.

But we talk about the 3rd and 7th economy of the world and this introduce us to the real problem.

Who can be eligible ? And why ?

If the parameter is the Economy Roma deserves it more than New Delhi or Moscow.
If the parameter is the nuclear bomb Islamabad deserves it more than Berlin.
And so on…

Why ,or if you prefer what is the basket of parameters is the real point.

And at the end…the basket of parameters has to show a mix of elements able to give to a country a real international CAPABILITY we see that the Council has all the real players and not need any more.

We made an analysis about it on 28-3-11 ,( II),where we evaluated the real capability in term of power projection of all the most important countries in the world,( about the weakness of the BRICS see III).
It seems that the decision yesterday confirms our modest evaluations.

The real problem is a lack of understanding.

We do NOT face an American liberal order BUT a world order where all from Beijing to Teheran have been gaining. And where the so-called and supposed US decline is less a problem for the order then we are used to think.

It is not the UN the place. This order is yes more and above the UN.

In the second part of the article about the war between NSA and SA ,(IV), inside the “financial theater of operations” we will evaluate it and better understand others reasons behind the “no” to the EU.
